Return and Refund Policy

To ensure you are satisfied with your purchase from Fullighting, we offer a 30-day return policy. If the product isn’t right for you, we’re here to help you resolve the issue and get exactly what you need.

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Products have not been installed or assembled.

  2. Products must be in original packaging and in perfect condition.

  3. For products with crystals, all crystals must be individually wrapped.

  4. If any damage occurred, photo proof from local logistics is required.

  5. Only standard orders listed on our website are eligible.

    (Note: Custom-made orders based on customer specifications are not eligible for return.)

A refund or store credit can be initiated within 30 days of delivery, upon providing proof of purchase.
We will refund the actual price of the product, but logistics/shipping costs will be deducted.
Final sale items and special orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Note: This policy excludes oversized shipments.


Conditions for Partial Refunds:

  1. Products are not well packed when returned.

  2. Refund request is made more than 30 days after delivery.

  3. Products are custom-made per client’s request.

  4. Damage or issues caused by customer misuse or error.

  5. Products are still within the regular shipping period and not delayed.


Damaged/Defective Merchandise

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 30 days at info@fullighting.com, and provide relevant photos or videos.

  1. Upon approval, a replacement will be arranged or return instructions will be provided.

  2. A return tracking number must be provided once shipped.

  3. We will inspect the returned item to ensure it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging before issuing a refund.

  4. If the item is returned in unacceptable condition (e.g. installed, damaged, or missing parts), a restocking fee may apply.

  • If the return is caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping cost.


Exchange Policy

We currently treat exchanges as a return and repurchase process.


Order Cancellation

  • Custom products cannot be canceled as they are made-to-order and cannot be resold.

  • For standard products, you can cancel your order within 24 hours for free by replying to your order confirmation email.

  • After 24 hours but before shipment, cancellations are allowed with a 20% processing fee.

  • Once the product has been shipped or left the warehouse, the order cannot be canceled.
